I really enjoyed the comfy bed and the nice size of my King Room, which had plenty of space to relax. The hotel's indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I loved hanging out near the outdoor area for some fresh air. The bathroom could've used a little updating, but it didn't take away from my enjoyable stay. 😊

The room offered a comfortable stay with great amenities, perfect for families. Help from the front desk staff, particularly Trenja and Hossain, ensured we received a better room than originally booked. However, checking in was troublesome due to the front desk's lack of communication regarding early check-in policies. Additionally, the promised refundable deposit has yet to be returned, adding to the frustrations of our experience.

The room was spacious and comfortable, making it easy for my family to relax.
